IMPORTANT NOTE
– Please make sure the USB-C port of your device supports video output, pd charging and data sync before purchase.
– Due to Alu-alloy shell and multiple ports, the hub might get warmer when using, please do not worry and it has no influence on normal work.
– When connecting to laptop, Do NOT support charging cellphone through USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited current.
– Please provide power supply when connecting to power-hungry devices; Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.
– To prevent Wi-Fi interference, please unplug ethernet cable and PD charging cable from adapter when not using.
– For Samsung Galaxy S10/S9/S8/Note9/8, it is compatible with Dex Mode through hub, phone system version requires Android 9.0 or above.
– For Xiaomi laptops, we suggest connecting to non-original PD power adapter such as Apple, Dell power adapter to ensure normal use.
