RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

      •    You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing)
      •    You receive the wrong item
      •    You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

      •    Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
      •    Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within Fourteen (14) days after receiving the package. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

      •    Contact us at [email protected] and explain the problem you are experiencing
      •    In case of item being damaged or defective, please take a picture or record a video showcasing the problem
      •    Email us the documents for examination
      •    Wait up to 2 days to get a reply from us
      •    To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging along with printed receipt and order number and mail your package to us.

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      •    Cosmetics
      •    Jewelry orders
      •    Health and personal care items
      •    Headphones
